Skugal built a layer that combines OCR, AI entity and item matching and human-in-the-loop validation, exporting into Dynamics without replacing ERP logic.

The same workflow for English and German documents.
Extraction & matching
Identifies customers, items and quantities and flags uncertain matches instead of auto-importing.
Validation before import
Users approve or adjust detected values so bad records never reach the ERP.
Item import mode
A toggle reuses the same AI backend for bulk item-master creation.
